As Americans living in Portugal, we recently had the pleasure of touring Bordeaux with Decanter tours. Decanter put together an itinerary that included a history/food tour of the city of Bordeaux, and two days of Left Bank/Right Bank winery tours. The tours were well-planned and well-paced, and as first time visitors to the region, gave us a great overview. The wineries and food shops were well-curated, the visits personalised, and we felt welcome at every place we visited. Decanter also arranged for excellent lunches on the days of the winery tours. Each day we had a different guide, all of whom were knowledgable, professional and fun to be with! It was a great experience, and we look forward to more adventures with Decanter.

My wife and I took our mothers for a memorable birthday trip. The wineries they selected for us to visit were exceptional and the wine was delicious, and the setting was beautiful. We had a perfect experience with Decanter Tours from start to finish. We did a 2 day tour of the left and right banks in Bordeaux France. Julie and Veronica were perfect. They both had the right combination of wine knowledge and professionalism coupled with a great sense of humor and casual affect.
