Arrival and check into your hotel Relais & Chateaux Hotel les Crayeres, Reims.
Visit of the chalk cellars of one or two of the most famous champagne houses followed by a tasting. (Pommery, Mum, Moet & Chandon).
Lunch in the new bistro of the Relais & Chateaux hotel Chateau les Crayeres or for a small group a Private lunch at Champagne Vraken Pommery.
Private guided tour of the Saint Remi basilica and museum.
The largest Romanesque pilgrimage church in northern France. It was built as a shrine to Saint-Remi. The nave was consecrated in 1049 where as the apse was built in the late 12th century and is a great example of early Gothic style. The famous Benedictine Abbey of Saint-Remi, the shrine of the Holy Ampula used for French kings coronations, is a magnificent building in the classical style. It now houses the city's Museum of History and Archaeology with impressive collections from Prehistory to the Renaissance as well as a large military history section.

After Breakfast at your hotel, check out and departure for the Champagne countryside.
Discovery of the vineyards of the Mountain of Reims and a visit to the Musee de la Vigne at the foot of the Verzenay lighthouse. Located between Reims and Epernay and bordered by vine covered hillsides. A large part of this area comprises the Montagne de Reins Regional Natural Park, best known for the twisted "faux de Verzy" beech trees.
Visit Hautvillers well-known for the famous French monk, Dom Pérignon.
Meet a grower near Epernay and find out the perspective from the vineyards, followed by a tasting.
Free time and lunch in Epernay.
Visit of one of the largest Cooperatives near Epernay, J de Telmont, followed by a tasting.
Check into your château Bed & Breakfast near Avizé.
Diner at the delightful restaurant of your hotel.
