Arrival Day
Transfer to your hotel.

An introduction to tasting in one of the hotel’s private lounges with your guide, with whom you will learn the Bordeaux basics before going out in the vineyards. No need to go it cold! With this knowledge, you won’t ever feel like a wine idiot again.
Day 2 Pessac-Leognan, Graves and Sauternes
A morning of cellar visits and tastings in Pessac-Leognan.
Lunch in a charming local restaurant.
Two visits and tastings in Sauternes.
Day 3 The Great Wines of Saint Emilion
Cellar visit and tasting at a top growth in St Emilion before lunch.
Free time to discover this amazing UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Two visits in Pomerol and St Emilion.
Day 4 More left bank, Pessac-Leognan and the Medoc
Visit and tasting at the infamous Haut Brion, then on to the Medoc.
Lunch en route.

Day 5 Deeper into the left bank, Paulliac and beyond

Food and Wine
Bordeaux would not be the same without great chefs and there is a whole host to choose from! We will sample some of the best restaurants and wineries. Try your hand at several different cooking classes, either demonstrations or hands-on practical. A wine and food pairing workshop compliments your tour and you will return home with a fresh look about Bordeaux’s culinary culture. Don’t worry, we include some light days to give you time off but don’t forget your running shoes!
