Arrival and check in to your hotel, in Paris.
Day 2 Monday Transfer to les Crayeres and explore Champagne
9:00 Your driver will meet you at your hotel.
Transfer to Champagne and check in to the Relais & Chateaux les Crayeres, Reims.
12:00 pm A reservation for lunch will be made for you.
2:00 pm Visit and tasting at a major Champagne house. Mercier, Moet and Chandon, Taittinger etc.
Return to your hotel for a tasting dinner with champagne in Le Parc restaurant. (beverages not included)
Night at the Relais & Chateaux les Crayeres, Reims.
Day 3 Tuesday Discovery of Champagne
Breakfast at your hotel
Your driver will meet you at your hotel.
10:00 am Visit and tasting at a major Champagne house.
12:00 pm A reservation for lunch will be made for you.
2:30 pm Cellar visit and tasting at two major champagne houses.
Return to your hotel dinner in the Brasserie le Jardin of your hotel. (beverages not included)
Night at the Relais & Chateaux les Crayeres, Reims.
Day 4 Wednesday Travel to Burgundy
Breakfast at your hotel and check out
Drive to Burgundy. (about 4 hours) Transfer not included in proposal
Arrival and check in to your hotel le Cep Jr Suite, in the afternoon.
Free time to explore Beaune and visit the hospice de Beaune.

Day 5 Thursday Burgundy Cote de Beaune & Montrachet
Breakfast at your hotel
9h30 Meet your guide in the lobby of the hotel. Burgundy presentation. (40 to 60 minutes)
11h00 Wine tasting in a small & passionate domaine in Côte de Beaune
12h30 Lunch at Aupres du Clocher in Pommard
14h30 Tasting in a Domaine in Côte de Beaune or visit the Hospices de Beaune
16h00 Visit the Grand Cru Vineyards of Côte de Beaune: Montrachet & Corton
17h00 Drop back to the Hotel. Rest before dinner.
18h00 Dinner with the Cook with Marjorie Taylor (BYO possible)

Day 6 Friday Burgundy discover of the Cote de Nuits

15h30 Visit a small producer in the Côte de Nuits
17h00 Return to the hotel.

Day 7 Saturday Depart for Bordeaux

Day 8 Sunday The Prestigeous vineyards of Pomerol and St Emilion

10:00 am Visit and tasting at a Chateau in Grand Cru Classee Chateau in St Emilion.
12:00 pm A reservation for lunch will be made for you.
3:00 pm Cellar visit and tasting at a Grand Cru Classee Chateau St Emilion
